Davide Carbonare is an Italian bassoonist active as a freelance musician, regularly performing with major European orchestras including the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, and the Orchestre national d’Île-de-France.
Winner of the International Bassoon Competition “Gioacchino Rossini”, he combines orchestral activity with a strong interest in solo and chamber music performance.
Alongside his professional activity, he is currently pursuing a Solistendiplom at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste with Giorgio Mandolesi.
